I have bought and sold many houses overs the years in many parts of the country and, as a result, have worked with many realtors. Madison Huff is head and shoulders above any realtor with whom I’ve done business. Not only does she have a depth and breadth of understanding of the local area (schools, commute times, etc.) that exceeds any realtor in the area, but her understanding of the needs and desires of her clients is without peer. Additionally, the knowledge level of the typical realtor (in my experience) of local laws, regulations, and codes is adequate, at best; however, Madison’s understanding in this area is unmatched and has saved me thousands of dollars. Finally, and most importantly, her commitment to her clients is unparalleled. Unlike many other realtors, she is not, simply, interested in the commission, she truly wants what’s best for her clients, even at her own personal expense (I have proof). I could not recommend Madison more highly, nor could I compliment her more completely - simply put, she is what a realtor should be.

If you want the Best She is the Best of the Best! She helped us buy our current home and sell our old home! She is so knowledgeable and held our hands through the whole process. The amount of work she does to help everything go as smoothly as possible is incredible! She puts all her heart and soul in to her clients to make sure they are happy! When we wanted to list our house she told us what to do and we listened. She listed our house on a friday and it was under contract by Monday night. We had been looking for a house for many many months She was so patient with us and all our wants/needs and there were a ton! ???? She never minded me texting asking stupid questions. I'd heard a lot of realtor horror stories, so I was weary going into things from the start. But, from our first meeting, my wife and I knew Madison was our choice.. Knowledgeable, articulate, smart, and humorous. At no time during the process of looking for and purchasing my home did I feel pressured. I felt that I was respected and that I was cared for. I was surprised to find a home in my price range that met 90% of my needs and wants lists. At the time I purchased my home, there were several other individuals at my workplace having a very tough time purchasing, but my experience was smooth and easy from start to finish.
